George Hall As President, George brings over 30 years of experience in corporate sales and operations. In previous roles, George served as Vice President of Business Development, where he played a pivotal role in helping to expand the company's market presence. As a former General Manager of operations and solar installation, George was responsible for ensuring the team delivered quality service in a timely fashion.

Beyond his professional achievements, George is also deeply committed to serving and empowering his community. Throughout his life he has dedicated his time and resources to mentoring and coaching young people. George actively serves on the board for non-profit organizations that empower and assist youth in reaching their potential as young adults.

George earned his BS degree from Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. At Cornell he also lettered on the Big Red basketball team and met his wife of 30 years, Kerri Fermino. And, along with their sons, Julian and Griffin, George is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

Kerri Fermino Hall is a highly experienced technology sales manager having had responsibility for $10M+ annual sales revenue of electrical design technology focused on electric vehicles (EV), software defined vehicles (SDVs), and aircraft design.  She has held various roles in the high tech industry as a sales director, individual contributor, and sales engineer.  Prior to joining the sales arena, Kerri was an engineer developing undersea warfare simulations and performing independent verification and validation.Kerri received her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering.

Julian Hall has been a driving force behind solar adoption across key U.S. markets. As Senior Vice President at HelioSource Solar, he leads all sales efforts and revenue strategy, helping propel the company’s rapid growth in both residential and commercial sectors. Julian has worked extensively in California, New York, Texas, Washington, D.C., and Florida—developing strategic partnerships and leading high-performing sales teams to close fully funded solar projects at scale. He earned his B.A. from the University of Maryland and brings deep expertise in sales leadership, project management, and business development within the renewable energy space.
